Refund Policy

Digital credits

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a credit has been spent to generate a board, that credit is non-refundable because the digital service has been delivered.

Remix Pass

You can cancel the Remix Pass at any time and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate part-month refunds unless required by law.

Homeware accents

For physical accent orders you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. See our Shipping & Returns page for return steps and timings.

Faulty items

If an accent arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

How to request a refund

Email support@aiwesome.shop with your order or purchase reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days once our payment provider is live.

Note: checkout is currently payment provider pending, so no payments have yet been taken. This policy applies to purchases made once our provider is connected.
